Terms of Service
Last updated 31 July 2026
These are the terms for using Vita. They are short on purpose. If something here is unclear, email hello@tryvita.app and we will answer in plain words.
What Vita does
Vita is an AI service that does marketing work for a local business: builds and hosts a website, works on how you show up on Google and in AI answers, manages your Google Business Profile and reviews, posts to your social accounts, and reports on what is producing calls. You operate it by texting it.
Vita is software with AI doing the work. It is not a law firm, an accountant, or a marketing agency with staff assigned to you.
The money
- Your website is built before you pay anything.
- After a free trial of two weeks, Vita costs $69 a month. One flat price. No credits, no usage tiers, no setup fee, no charge per post.
- No contract and no minimum term. Cancel by texting Vita. Not a form, not a phone call, not a notice period.
- Cancelling stops the next charge. We do not pro-rate a part-used month, and we do not bill you again after you have said stop.
- Anything you separately ask us to buy for you — a domain name, or advertising spend on your own budget — is charged at cost and passed straight through. We never mark it up.
What you keep if you leave
You keep the website. If we registered a domain for you it is in your name, and we hand over the transfer code whenever you ask. Anything you gave us — your customer list, your photos — is yours, and we will return or delete it on request. We will never hold your business hostage to keep you paying.
Your side of it
- Tell us the truth about your business. Vita only publishes facts it got from you or from verified public sources, so a wrong answer from you becomes a wrong claim on your website.
- You need the right to whatever you send us — photos, logos, customer lists. Don’t send us someone else’s.
- If you ask us to text your past customers, you are confirming they are your customers and that you are allowed to contact them.
- Don’t use Vita for anything illegal, or for a business that isn’t yours.
Approval before anything public
Vita is autonomous but not unsupervised. Anything that appears publicly under your name — a social post, a change to your Google listing, a message to your customers — is shown to you and goes out only after you have said yes. You can tell Vita to stop asking about a routine kind of post, and you can take that permission back at any time by saying so.
What we don’t promise
We do not guarantee a specific ranking on Google, a specific number of calls, or a specific amount of revenue. Nobody honestly can. What we do guarantee is that the work gets done, that we tell you what we did, and that we show you the real figures rather than flattering ones.
Vita depends on services we do not control — Google, Facebook, Instagram, Apple, your mobile carrier, domain registries. If one of them changes its rules, suspends an account, or goes down, we will tell you plainly and work the problem, but we cannot be responsible for their decisions.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.
Ending it
You can leave at any time by texting Vita. We may end an account that is being used for something illegal, that is not the account holder’s own business, or that has an unpaid balance — with notice, and with your website and data handed over.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that affects you, we will tell you in the message thread. Continuing to use Vita after that means you accept the change.
